Institut for Børnekulturs medarbejdere behandler personoplysninger for at kunne varetage den selvejende institution Institut for Børnekultur, Udviklingscenter for børne- og ungekultur, opgaver.

Det er vigtigt for os, at dine personlige oplysninger beskyttes.

Denne persondatapolitik forklarer, hvordan vi behandler og opbevarer dine oplysninger, hvilke oplysninger vi indsamler, og hvorfor vi gør det.

Indsamling og behandling af personoplysninger er nødvendig for at kunne opfylde Institut for Børnekulturs formål som netværksbaseret institution. Vi skal fx kunne opretholde kontakt med samarbejdspartnere, yde services og support, fakturere mv.

 

Vi indsamler og opbevarer ikke flere personoplysninger end dem, der er nødvendige for at kunne opfylde vores forpligtigelser som et udviklingscenter for børne- og ungekultur.

Fair og transparent behandling af personoplysninger

Ved indsamling af dine personligere oplysninger, oplyser vi dig om, hvilke data vi behandler og til hvilket formål. Du modtager oplysning herom på tidspunktet for indsamling af dine personoplysninger. Det kan fx være i forbindelse med deltagelse i et projekt eller netværk, en konference, tilmelding til nyhedsbrev mv.

 

I mails fra Institut for Børnekultur, der sendes med Cc, skal det tydeligt fremgå, hvem mailen også er sendt til.  Ved afsendelse af mail til flere personer anvendes Bcc.

 

 

Hvordan opbevarer vi dine oplysninger?

De oplysninger, som du giver os lov til at gemme, kan opbevares på to forskellige måder: fysisk i skabe på kontorer hvor der kan aflåses, eller elektronisk på Institut for Børnekulturs fællesdrev. Oplysninger om EAN nummer, CPR. nr. og kontonumre gemmes kun af administratoren, i aflåst skab eller på personligt drev.  Opbevaring af Institut for Børnekulturs data varetages af Viborg Kommune, med hvem der er indgået en databehandleraftale.

Vi sletter dine personoplysninger, når de ikke længere er nødvendige i forhold til de formål, de er givet under.

Du skal henvende dig hos os og oplyse os om, hvori unøjagtighederne består, og hvordan de skal rettes.

Hvem har adgang til dine oplysninger?

Det er kun medarbejdere hos Institut for Børnekultur, som har adgang til dine personoplysninger.

Dine oplysninger kan deles blandt Institut for Børnekulturs medarbejdere.

 

Vi formidler, sælger eller udveksler aldrig dine personlige oplysninger til tredjepart med henblik på markedsføring. Kun ved dit samtykke kan vi formidle dine kontaktoplysninger udenfor Institut for Børnekulturs netværk. Personlige oplysninger, som videregives til tredjepart, anvendes kun til at betjene dig. The information you allow us to store can be stored in two ways: physically in locked cabinets in offices or electronically on Institut for Børnekultur's shared drive. Information about EAN numbers, CPR numbers, and account numbers is only stored by the administrator, in a locked cabinet or on a personal drive. The storage of Institut for Børnekultur's data is handled by Viborg Municipality, with whom a data processor agreement has been made.

Deletion or Correction of Your Personal Data

We delete your personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

If you believe that the personal data we process about you are inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected.

You should contact us and inform us about the inaccuracies and how they should be corrected.

In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data. If you believe that your data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which we collected them, you can request to have them deleted. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data are being processed in violation of the law or other legal obligations.

When you contact us with a request to have your personal data corrected or deleted, we will make the changes or deletions as soon as possible.
